Growing up, my favorite part about visiting our family in Italy and France was spending time outside enjoying long meals and delicious drinks. One summer, my uncle, who lives on a seaside property surrounded by dozens of lemon trees, taught me his prized limoncello recipe. Amazed by how fresh and bright it was compared to other brands I'd tried, after I searched everywhere for an all-natural, artisanal recipe. Not being able to find one, we created Vigie, a handcrafted, modern take on the Italian classic.
